Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all services provided by Rasa9 Studios, a brand of SteerLogic Consulting Private Limited, with its office at Spaces Olympia, 10th Floor, CITIUS A Block, Phase 1, Olympia Technology Park, Plot No. 1, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032, India (GSTIN: 33ABECS7215B1ZS) ("we", "us"). By requesting a preview, approving a storyboard or making a payment, you ("the client") agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We create AI-produced video ads, images and related creative content. The deliverables, formats, timeline and price for each project are agreed in writing before work begins. A confirmation on WhatsApp or email counts as written agreement.
2. Free preview
The free 10-second preview comes with no obligation. It remains our property unless you go on to commission the full project.
3. Your materials and claims
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, photo, video and piece of information you send us. You also confirm that anyone shown in them, including students and staff, has consented. Any results, prices, offers or other claims you ask us to include must be accurate and verifiable. You are responsible for them, including their compliance with the advertising rules that apply to your industry.
4. Approvals and revisions
We share a storyboard for your approval before production starts. Each project includes two rounds of revisions on the first cut. Further changes, or changes to an approved storyboard, may be charged separately. Your approval of the final cut by message or email confirms delivery.
5. Timelines
Timelines start once we have your answers, your materials and the advance payment. Delays in sending materials or feedback extend the timeline by the same amount.
6. Fees and payment
Prices are quoted per project and are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST at 18%. The advance is payable after you approve the storyboard. The balance is payable when you approve the final cut, before we deliver the final full-resolution files without watermarks. Payments are accepted via Razorpay or bank transfer.
7. Ownership and use
Once you have paid in full, you may use the final approved ads to promote your business on any channel, without a time limit. We keep all rights in our tools, prompts, templates, workflows, drafts and unused concepts. We may show the final work in our portfolio and on our social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. AI-generated content
Our ads are made with AI tools, and the people, settings and scenes in them may be AI-generated. We aim to represent your products accurately based on the materials you provide, and you review every ad before approving it. We do not guarantee specific business results such as enquiries, sales or views.
9. Advertising platforms
We are not responsible for the review decisions, policies or account actions of advertising platforms such as Meta, Google or YouTube, or for your ad spend on them.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your business information and unreleased materials confidential and use them only to deliver your project.
11. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
12. Cancellation
Either party may end a project in writing. Refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
