Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds and delivery work for projects with Rasa9 Studios, a brand of SteerLogic Consulting Private Limited.

Before you approve the storyboard

No payment is due. You can cancel at any time, at no cost.

After you pay the advance

If you cancel before production starts, we refund the advance in full. Once production has started, the advance is non-refundable because it covers work already done.

If you don't approve the first cut

If you are not happy with the first cut after the included revisions, you can end the project and you will not pay the balance. In that case we do not deliver the final files, and the drafts remain ours.

After final approval

Once you have approved the final cut and paid in full, the project is complete and payments are non-refundable, because the digital deliverables have been delivered.

If we cannot deliver

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline for reasons within our control, you may cancel and receive a full refund of everything you have paid.

How refunds are processed

Send your request by email or WhatsApp. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to credit the amount.

Delivery

All our deliverables are digital. We deliver them by download link, WhatsApp or email, and there is no physical shipping. Your free preview arrives within 48 hours. Finished ads are delivered within 7 days of receiving your answers, materials and advance payment, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.
