- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Business materials you share, such as logos, photos and product details.
- Payment details, which are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Basic website usage data through Google Analytics, which uses cookies. You can limit this through your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and send your free preview.
- To plan, produce and deliver your project, and to issue invoices.
- To send service updates about your project.
- With your consent, to send occasional offers by WhatsApp or email. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
When you message us through a WhatsApp link on our website, you agree to receive replies from us on WhatsApp. We may use a WhatsApp Business service provider to manage these conversations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers we need to run our business, such as payment, messaging, cloud storage and AI production tools, and only as far as they need it. We may also disclose data when the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.
Your materials and AI tools
We upload your materials to AI production tools to create your ads. We use them only for your project and never to promote another business.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as we need it for your project and to meet legal and tax obligations, which is up to 7 years. After that, we delete it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
